NASHUA – On Tuesday, officers arrested Tony Cunha, no age or address given, on a count of felony criminal mischief. The case involves alleged damage to a vehicle’s exterior.

This felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Cunha was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear at arraignment at the Hillsborough Superior Court-South on Nov. 15.
