NASHUA – Police officers arrested three individuals on various charges during the weekend.

At 2:11 a.m. Sunday, officers arrested Jacob Murray, 23, of 10 Kinsley St., Apt. 7, Nashua, for one count of domestic violence-simple assault, misdemeanor.

At 1:19 a.m. Sunday, officers received a call about a person being cut by a knife. During the investigation, officers learned Murray was involved in an altercation with a female known to him.

During this altercation, Murray allegedly punched the female and placed her in a headlock. Another victim intervened, and was cut by a knife.

Officers arrested Murray for domestic violence-simple assault, in addition to a charge of second-degree assault.

Freeman

Murray was taken to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections, pending a Monday arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

The Nashua Police Department requests anyone with more information about this incident to contact the Crime Line at 603-589-1665.

Meanwhile, at 7:24 a.m. Saturday, Pelham Police Department officers responded to an Atwood Road address for a vehicle that had been broken into during the night, with multiple items removed.

Throughout the morning, officers responded to more than 10 homes at which similar incidents were reported.

At 11:28 a.m. Saturday, a Pelham resident called to report a suspicious person dressed in black clothing in the area of Dutton Road. Officers responded to the area.

Rundlett

Officers discovered James Freeman, 51, of Pelham, in the area and matching the description. Freeman was found to be in possession of numerous items identified as stolen.

Freeman was then placed under arrest for receiving stolen property and transported to the Pelham Police Department. The investigation is ongoing.

Also, on Friday, officers arrested Rundlett, 55, of 14 Maple St., Nashua, on an unrelated charge. They then released him to Merrimack officials for processing on the matter of alleged criminal mischief.

In July, Merrimack Police Department officers responded to a business located at 738 Daniel Webster Highway for a report of a burglary. When officers arrived, they found a damaged window and items thrown about the business.

Officers reviewed surveillance video from the business which showed a man, later identified as John Rundlett, entering the building by forcing his way in through a side window. Once inside the building Rundlett allegedly took a set of keys to a vehicle which was in for service. Rundlett later left the building and allegedly stole the vehicle from the parking lot. The vehicle was later recovered in Nashua.

Rundlett was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on Oct. 11.
