Hudson police catch alleged credit card swiper

HUDSON – A Hudson man faces misdemeanors and felonies after allegedly swiping a credit card that does not belong to him.

On Wednesday, Mark Leach, 59, was arrested on four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, all misdemeanors; one count of fraudulent use of a credit card, felony; and one count of identity fraud, felony. The charges stem from an investigation that began after allegations that Leach used his father’s identity and credit card to make purchases without proper authorization.

Leach was released on $20,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned at the Ninth Circuit Court in Nashua on Sept. 13.
