Granite Shield raids net five arrests

NASHUA – A series of drug raids resulted in jail for five suspects, including one woman who faces more than a dozen charges and a man who allegedly received more than 100 grams of an illicit drug through the mail.
Tina Gelinas, John Brogioli, Allison Dejesus, William Gervais, and Jessica Nyman were arrested by Nashua police as part of Operation Granite Shield, an ongoing mission to help combat the region’s opioid crisis.
Gelinas, 31, of 19 Summer St., was arrested after an investigation revealed she was distributing and keeping drugs, according to police. She was charged with one felonious count of “common nuisance” and another for the possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. Gelinas was also charged with one felony count each for the possession of methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, amphetamine and Alprazolam. In addition, she was charged with one misdemeanor for each of the following drugs: Gabapentin, Tizanidine, Hydroxyzine, Quetiapine, Bupropion, Clonidine and Hydroxyzine Hydrochloride.
Brogioli, 53, of 60 Hillcrest St., Waltham, Mass., was arrested after the U.S. Department of Homeland Security investigations and police searched a package that had been mailed to him and found over 100 grams of MDMA. He was charged with one felony count for the possession of a controlled drug.

Dejesus, 32, of 11 Pepperell Circle, Brookline, was arrested and charged two counts each for the sale of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and possession of heroin, all felonies and all second offenses. Over 30 grams of methamphetamine were seized. Due to the high volume and the second offenses, she will face enhanced penalties, police said.
Gervais, 28, of 21 S. Shore Drive, Pelham, was arrested on an active capias warrant.
Nyman, 35, of no fixed address, was arrested on an active capias warrant.
