Six held after Nashua Police Department drug arrests

NASHUA – Five Nashua men and one from Hudson are facing various drug possession and sales charges after the Police Department’s Problem Oriented Policing Unit picked them up over the past several weeks after an extensive investigation, officials said.

Detectives in the department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division conducted investigations over a period of several months, police said, eventually identifying the six individuals as being involved in the sales and possession of narcotic drugs.

The following people were arrested and charged.

Cory McCrady, 27, 611 Elmwood Court, Hudson: Arrested on Sept. 18 and charged with five counts of unlawful sales of narcotic drug – heroin, and four counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug – cocaine, all felonies. Held on $100.000 cash bail.

Cody Wyatt, 18, 5 Olympia Circle, Nashua: Arrested on Oct. 13 and charged with unlawful sale of controlled drug – marijuana, a felony. Held on $10,000 cash or surety bail.

David Perez, 25, 4 Lincoln Ave., Nashua: Arrested on Sept. 25 and charged with one count each of unlawful sale of narcotic drug – Percocet, and unlawful sale of controlled drug – marijuana, both felonies. Held on $50,000 cash bail.

Rocco Restalli, 33, 76 Whitney St., Nashua: Arrested on Sept. 27 and charged with three counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug – heroin; two counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug – Oxycodone Hydrochloride, all felonies. Held on $30,000 cash or surety bail.

Bryce Caron, 18, 70 Middle Dunstable Road, Nashua: Arrested on Oct. 6 and charged with three counts of unlawful sale of controlled drug – marijuana, all felonies. Held on $10,000 cash or surety bail.

Andrew Pratte, 18, 24 Saturn Lane, Nashua: Arrested on Oct. 6 and charged with three counts of unlawful sale of controlled drug – marijuana, all felonies. Held on $10,000 cash or surety bail.

All have been arraigned in Nashua district court.
