By Staff | May 30, 2013

Nashua Police arrested two fugitives out of Vermont following a routine car stop Wednesday night.

Police arrested Nytosha Laforce, 27, of 2 Old Orachard Park, Apt. 233, South Burlington, Vt., around 11 p.m. Wednesday and Joshua Geraw, 24, of 87 Elm St., Apt. 50, Winooski, Vt., around 1 a.m. Thursday and charged them with being fugitives from justice, police said.

During the traffic stop, officers ran a search for outstanding warrants and found that Laforce and Geraw are both wanted in Vermont for parole violations, police said.

Nashua Police Lt. Michael Moushegian said Laforce was on parole for aggravated assault and dispensing a regulated drug, and Geraw was on parole for unlawful trespass, unlawful mischief, petty larceny and burglary.

Both were charged by Nashua Police with fugitive from justice, which is a Class A felony, and are being held at the Nashua Police Department pending their extradition to Vermont, police said.
