Great American Downtown in Nashua is holding its fifth Fall Restaurant Week through Sunday.

Each of the participating restaurants has its own kind of deal, with some offering 10 percent to 20 percent discounts; buy-one, get-one-free offers; and prix-fixe menus.

Sergio Metes, executive chef at Unums, said in an interview with The Telegraph tailoring his menu to welcome the cooler weather.

“I wanted to put something out for the fall, but didn’t want to have really heavy dishes.”
