Brothers accused of growing marijuana
BROOKLINE – Three brothers were arrested at their family’s home Thursday after police allegedly found eight marijuana plans and other drug paraphernalia.
Michael Landry, 20, Eric Landry, 18, and Bryan Landry, 17, were arrested at their 5 Birch Hill Road home at about 7:30 p.m., after Brookline police used a search warrant to inspect the home.
Their parents, Stephen and Linda Landry, who were at home at the time, face charges of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police reported that they seized marijuana, alcohol, cash, more than 20 marijuana pipes, ledgers, scales, computers, materials for growing marijuana and eight marijuana plants with a potential street value of more than $15,000.
The brothers were charged with possession of drugs, possession of alcohol, possession of drugs with intent to distribute, manufacturing of drugs, falsifying physical evidence, and resisting arrest.
Bryan and Eric Landry were released on $4,500 personal recognizance bail. Michael Landry was released on $6,000 personal recognizance bail.
The three brothers are scheduled for arraignment on August 10 at Milford District Court.
