Hassan announces Dave Christie as chief of staff

U.S. Sen. Maggie Hassan
U.S. Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH) announced today that Dave Christie is her new Chief of Staff.
“I am thrilled that Dave is my office’s new Chief of Staff,” said Senator Hassan. “Over the last 10+ years that I’ve worked with Dave, I’ve seen day-in and day-out his passion for public service and his commitment to the people of New Hampshire. He is a dedicated leader who has successfully helped our office deliver for Granite Staters, and I know that as Chief of Staff, he will continue to stay laser focused on doing right by our state and our country.”
Prior to becoming Chief of Staff, Christie was Senator Hassan’s Legislative Director. He also held roles on her 2012, 2014, and 2016 campaigns, and spent several years in the private sector at the Boston Consulting Group before working in politics. Christie grew up in Durham and has lived and worked across New Hampshire. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Yale Law School.
Christie replaces Marc Goldberg, who served as Senator Hassan’s Chief of Staff from the beginning of the Senator’s first term as Senator and has now started a new position in the private sector.
