MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — A New Hampshire man faces multiple charges after being captured following a crash that injured a couple and their daughter, police said Tuesday.

Patrick Giberson, 36, of Manchester, fled the scene following the crash in Manchester Monday in which witnesses say he was driving a BMW over 100 miles per hour.

The crash caused the other vehicle to roll over several times and sent Jonathan Quinn, 41, of Brookline, Massachusetts, Stephanie Schneider, 39, also of Brookline, and their infant daughter to the hospital.

Schneider suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries and the other two suffered minor injuries. Their pet dog, which was in the car, also suffered life threatening injuries.

After police were able to locate and arrest Giberson in woods near the crash scene, they learned he had allegedly stolen the BMW from his parents following a domestic disturbance.

Giberson faces multiple state and city charges, including reckless conduct, conduct after an accident, vehicular assault, and reckless operation. Giberson was being held on preventive detention and will be arraigned in the Hillsborough County North Superior Court Tuesday.

A person who answered the phone at a listing for Giberson said the family did not want to comment.
