New Hampshire drought management team to convene
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire’s Drought Management Team is going to convene for the first time this year, now that much of the state is experiencing moderate drought conditions.
The management team last met in 2018 and 2016. It’s scheduled to meet Thursday at 2:30 p.m.
Last month, the state Department of Environmental Services said people with private wells should start conserving water. Lake levels have started to fall and public water systems have been tracking supplies.
