Here are college achievements by students from Greater Nashua:

LASELL COLLEGE

Kristina Kaufmann, of Nashua, a 2015 graduate of Lasell College in Newton, Mass., with a major in communication, has received the 2015 Lasell Bowl. The Lasell Bowl is awarded annually for outstanding contributions to campus life at Lasell College.

Alexa Katsigianis, of Amherst, has received a 2015 Book Award from Lasell College in Newton, Mass., for excellence in the study of Entrepreneurship. Katsigianis is a 2015 graduate of Lasell. The awards are given each May to graduating seniors in recognition of a demonstrated commitment to excellence at Lasell College.

ROCHESTER INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

Aaron Pentheny, of Litchfield, received the Thomas C. Castellano Award, for seniors with outstanding academic success, at the recent Senior Luncheon and Recognition Celebration put on by the College of Liberal Arts’ Department of Criminal Justice and the Center for Public Safety Initiatives at Rochester (N.Y.) Institute of Technology.

SAINT ANSELM COLLEGE

These local students were recently inducted into Pi Gamma Mu, the International Honor Society in Social Sciences at Saint Anselm College in Manchester.

SUNY POTSDAM

Katelyn Egan, of Hudson, graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York in Potsdam with a Bachelor of Music in music performance and music education.

SUSQUEHANNA UNIVERSITY

Sarah White, of Amherst, graduated this spring with a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pa. She is the daughter of Mike and Ninette White.

UNION COLLEGE

Daniel Pallies, of Brookline, was recently inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa chapter at Union College in Schenectady, N.Y. Paullies majors in philosophy. Pallies was also honored at Union College’s annual Prize Day celebration. Pallies was honored with the George H. Catlin (1867) Prize, to a graduating senior in liberal arts with the highest scholastic record and deemed most promising for graduate study and for eventual service in college teaching. He also won the Milton Hymes Sternfeld (1916) Prize.

UNITY COLLEGE

Ryan M. Reagan, of Merrimack, graduated this spring from Unity College in Maine.

UNIVERSITY OF RHODE ISLAND

The University of Rhode Island recently selected Ashley Iannaco of Hudson, and 40 other URI students to represent the 2015 Orientation Team. Iannaco, who is studying Nutrition & Dietetics, was chosen for the Family Program role. A highly competitive position and unique leadership opportunity, URI’s Orientation Team members serve as ambassadors to incoming students and families.

Christopher H. Hyde, of Hollis, a junior government major at St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y., was inducted into the university’s chapter of Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honor society.

TUFTS UNIVERSITY
