HUDSON – Prayer friends in Teri Pilon’s prekindergarten 4-year-old class and Carol Guarino’s first-grade class at Presentation of Mary Academy join together often to learn their religion lessons. Recently, the students celebrated May by coloring pictures of the Virgin Mary and creating rosary prayer cards.

May is the month when the Virgin Mary is honored in the Catholic Church.

Prayer “buddies” is a popular program at PMA. Older students are paired with a younger class, and they work on various projects and lessons together.
