Two local students were granted the Trustees’ Scholarship to study at Alvernia University in Reading, Pa., in the fall.

The recipients are Sarah Carson, of Milford, a senior at Milford High School, and Isabelle Linder, of Brookline, a senior at Hollis Brookline High School.

Recipients of the $15,500 scholarship must have a minimum of 1050 SAT or 23 ACT and a minimum 3.2 GPA.
