Nashua school to host first chemistry challenge in NH
NASHUA – Infant Jesus School will host the first You Be the Chemist Challenge in New Hampshire.
The chemistry bowl is held in 34 states. Infant Jesus invited all of the schools grades 5-8 in Hillsborough County to participate.
The other schools competing are Nashua Catholic Regional Junior High School and Ross A. Lurgio Middle School in Bedford.
Each school will send its top seven students to compete at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 14. The winner will head to Philadelphia to compete nationally.
“We are honored to be hosting this event, and plan to continue to host in years to come,” said Trish MacDonald, fifth-grade teacher and coordinator of the event.
