St. Christopher School in Nashua donates to Corpus Christi Food Pantry
NASHUA – As part of their Catholic Schools Week celebration, St. Christopher School recently held a brown bag collection for the Corpus Christi Food Pantry.
Over the course of a week, students and their families donated 769 pounds of food for distribution to the hungry of the Nashua area through Corpus Christi.
This is the second brown bag collection by St. Christopher School since the fall, and one of several service projects undertaken by the students throughout the school year.
“Our students and families are amazingly generous, especially when helping those in need,” Principal Cindy Clarke said. “As service is an important part of a St. Chris education, we are excited to take an active part in our community.”
