MILFORD – Seven Milford Middle School students attended the Leaders in Prevention workshop at the Barbara Harris Camp in Greenfield from Jan. 16-18.

Elaine Danas, Viankah Williams, Max Phalon, Sofia Gutierrez, Sam Santaniello, Rachel Statz and Alex Wheelock were selected by their teachers to represent Milford at the seminar put on by the New Hampshire Teen Institute.

Joined by MMS teachers Sarah Ward and Jeff Frenkiewich, students participated in activities helping them plan a service project and preparing them for leadership roles in their school.

Community Action for Safe Teens sponsored the students’ participation at the workshop.
