MILFORD – The Milford High School Class of 1954 held its 60th reunion in August with a dinner at the Mile-A-Way Restaurant in Milford and a reception at the home of Paul F. Silva.

Attending were Jackie Bartlett Dube, Plant City, Fla.; Alice Bassett Hayward, Cape Neddick, Maine; Shirley Bohonan Boissonault, Wilton; Honey Calvetti Leger, Milford; Alwyn and Eloise Carleton, Mont Vernon; Douglas and Joyce Claire, Bow; William and Sandra Newbold, Milford; Grayson and Natalie Parker, Wilton; Paul F. Silva and Nancy MacKay, Milford; and Donald and Lucy Silva, Northwood, representing the MHS Class of 1953.

At the reception hosted by Silva and MacKay in their home on Federal Hill, letters were read from Barbara Metcalf Bennett, Joan Weatherly Benham and Denise Thompson Glover.

Having a meeting every two years was discussed, as was joining in meetings with other classes. Requests were made to locate Marlene Thibeault and Arthur Caron.
