Nashua charter school to hold Starry Night Gala
NASHUA – Join Gate City Charter School for the Arts from 6:30-11 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, at Nashua Country Club for an evening inspired by the arts.
Dress to impress in evening attire inspired by your favorite musical, visual or preforming artist. While mingling with school faculty and community members, you can enjoy dinner and entertainment by local talent, including musical duo Song of the Lark and flute duets by Marjorie Hogan and Rebecca Jeffreys.
There also will be silent and live auctions of unique items such as vacation packages, signed memorabilia, paintings, handcrafted pottery and more.
Funds from the Starry Night Gala will enable the purchase of new tools and equipment.
Tickets are $65. Proceeds will help promote the success of the new school opening Sept. 2 with an enrollment of 140 students.
For tickets, visit gatecitychartergala.ezevent.com. For a sponsorship or auction item donation, email Rebecca Fredrickson at friends@gatecitycharterschool.org.
The mission of the school is to use an arts-integrated curriculum to educate all interested students in grades K-8 and to produce graduates who excel in academics and the arts.
