Tiffany Brooke Valcourt received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design this spring from Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, Mass. She is the daughter of Leonard and Stephanie M. Valcourt of Manchester and a 2010 graduate of Merrimack High School.
