On October 30, 2024 at 0632 hours, Amherst Fire Rescue responded to a reported accident with injury on Ponemah Road.

On October 30, 2024 at 1534 hours, Amherst Fire Rescue responded mutual aid to the Town of Wilton for a cover assignment.

On October 31, 2024 at 0729 hours, Amherst Fire Rescue responded to a reported accident with injury on Route 101A.

On November 1, 2024 at 0735 hours, Amherst Fire Rescue responded to a fire alarm activation on Boston Post Road.

On November 1, 2024 at 1529 hours, Amherst Fire Rescue responded to a fire alarm activation on Chestnut Hill Road.

On October 15, 2024 at 1539 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101A @ Ponemah Road. No injuries were reported.

On October 22, 2024 at 1852 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101 (car v. bear). No injuries were reported.

On October 24, 2024 at 1518 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Dodge Road. No injuries were reported.

On October 27, 2024 at 2248 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Boston Post Road. No injuries were reported.

On October 30, 2024 at 1530 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Brian Gagne, age 36, of Manchester, NH on charges of Operating After Being Certified as Habitual Offender, Disobeying an Officer, Reckless Operation and Uninspected Motor Vehicle. Gagne was released on PR bail, with an arraignment date set for November 25, 2024 at the Milford District Court.

On October 30, 2024 at 2227 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Jaylen Meas, age 24, of Amherst, NH on charges of DUI – Impairment and Reckless Operation. Meas was released on PR bail, with an arraignment date set for November 18, 2024 at the Milford District Court.

On October 31, 2024 at 0920 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Genaro Espinoza, age 30, of Milford, NH on charges of Suspension of Vehicle Registration and Driving After Suspension. Espinoza was released on PR bail, with an arraignment date set for November 25, 2024 at the Milford District Court.

On October 31, 2024 at 1406 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported.

On October 31, 2024 at 1634 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 3 car accident on Merrimack Road. No injuries were reported.

On October 31, 2024 at 1851 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car v. deer). No injuries were reported.

On November 2, 2024 at 0758 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car v. deer). No injuries were reported.

On November 4, 2024 at 1415 hours, the Amherst Police Department issued a summons to Phuoc Nguyen, age 65, of Nashua, NH to appear before the Milford District Court on November 25, 2025 to answer to a charge of Driving Without a Valid License.
