Pets of the Week for June 25-26
Piper: Hello there! My name is Piper, and I’m an adorable 2 year old Retriever mix. I am looking for a quiet, adults-only home with someone who has experience with fearful dogs. I require a patient family who will let me settle in at my own pace and gain the trust of my people in my own time. I will be an amazing, loyal companion with time and love. I know my people are out there and I hope you find me soon. If I sound like the girl for you, come by and meet me today! My adoption must be approved by our Director of Animal Care or Manager of Canine & Feline Care. We all have our age appropriate vaccines, have been spayed or neutered, and have been microchipped. You can learn more about me and all of my friends for adoption at https://www.hsfn.org/adopt.

Coakley: Hello, new friend! My name is Coakley and I’m a five year old male domestic shorthair cat. I am a very handsome ginger boy… I have lived with other animals in the past but I was a little fearful and would avoid them. I will do better in a home where I’m the only pet and, please, no children. I’m scared of loud noises, fast movement, and brooms. I don’t like my belly rubbed but I love chin rubs and being petted. I’m shy at first and will hiss but if you go slow, and give me treats and pets, I’m a very affectionate boy. I just get scared by new things and people. I can be very talkative and will chat with you often. If I sound like the boy for you, come to the shelter to meet me! We all have our age appropriate vaccines, we’ve been spayed or neutered, and we have been microchipped. You can learn more about me and all of my friends for adoption at https://www.hsfn.org/adopt.
