• Make Meditation Part of Your Day: A meditation practice brings awareness to all parts of life and doesn’t have to be a chore. Join master life coach Diane MacKinnon, M.D., for this live session at the Rodgers Memorial Library at 7:15 p.m. on Oct. 12. • Witches and Warlocks of Massachusetts: This October, the Rodgers Memorial Library is presenting a series of virtual events with paranormal authors and researchers. at 7 p.m. on Oct. 14, Peter Muise, author of “Witches and Warlocks of Massachusetts: Legends, Victims, and Sinister Spellcasters,” will discuss witches from Puritan times through modern urban legends. • The Legends and Lore of the Bridgewater Triangle: The series of virtual events with paranormal authors and researchers continues at 7 p.m. on Oct. 15 with a journey through the history and high strangeness of New England’s own paranormal vortex – The Bridgewater Triangle. From UFOs spotted in colonial times to mysterious creatures in the woods, it’s sure to be a weird evening. • Teens After Dark – Pumpkin Carving: Teens ages 13 and older are invited to hang out in the Rodgers Memorial Library after hours from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on Oct. 15. • Haunted Lighthouses of New England: At 10 a.m. on Oct. 16, Jeremy D’Entremont, president and historian of the American Lighthouse Foundation will present a program on some of New England’s haunted lighthouses.
