Eastern Propane & Oil fueling kindness

By Staff | Nov 25, 2020

MANCHESTER – In a year when so many are in need of assistance, Eastern Propane & Oil has once again shown its support of veterans with a large donation.

During the 6th annual “Make 12 Hours Count” Radio Thon, Eastern made a $27,076.41 donation to Veterans Count.

The donation amount is the result of one penny being donated for every gallon of propane that was delivered through Eastern’s five Veterans Count branded delivery trucks.

“I am extremely proud of our team at Eastern for delivering 2,707,641 gallons of propane this year that resulted in such a large donation to Veterans Count,” said Josh Anderson, VP of marketing & Business Development. “Eastern’s partnership with Veterans Count only continues to strengthen and we are looking forward to continuing, and growing, the program to help so many Veterans that are in need.”

“This partnership with Eastern Propane & Oil not only supports our program with a very generous financial contribution, but also helps promote our services to our military community who may need services. Eastern has always been committed to supporting service members, veterans, and their families throughout New England and they have gone above and beyond by connecting their gallons delivered to a donation to Easterseals Military & Veterans Services”, said Joe Emmons, chief development officer for Easterseals New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Farnum. “We are so thankful to Eastern for their continued commitment.”
