In August 2020, in our most challenging year yet, Physicians Resources LTD saw a need to help in a big way. The relationship with Marguerite’s Place began when Brian Hall, President and CEO of PRL, joined the Board of Directors of Marguerite’s Place in 2018 and has continued to grow. Employees of PRL support Marguerite’s Place through “casual jeans days” contributions, donation drives, and attending events. The employees of PRL were last seen at MP’s Mardi Gras Fundraiser in February enjoying a brewery tour, jazz music, and great Cajun food.

Marguerite’s Place helps women in crisis with transitional housing, case management, and on-site quality childcare. The continuation of these services throughout the pandemic has helped our residents maintain the stability and safety they need to move forward toward their goals. Corporate Partnerships such as the one with PRL help us maintain additional monthly income that make it possible to budget for the unexpected.
