Pets of the Week

Johnny: Good morning everyone! I’m a handsome man who is finally ready to find a home. I was one of the Bradford Rescue pups. I have a beautiful black coat and am just two and a half years old. I’ve been working on my dog interaction skills with our trainer and staff and have come a long way! I hope my new family will keep up on this work to help me handle myself around others like a real gentleman. I have so much love to give and am so eager to learn and please. I’m not too sure of how I’d be around cats but I’m definitely looking for a dog savvy adult only home. I may be able to go home with another canine friend who is a proper fit. Want to learn more? Come into the shelter today to meet me and speak with a dog adoption counselor. They know a lot about me. My adoption requires the Dir. of Animal Care’s approval. We all have our age appropriate vaccines, we’ve been spayed and neutered, and we have been micro chipped. You can learn more about us and all of our friends for adoption at http://www.hsfn.org/adopt/available-dogs.

Tiger: Hello friends! My name is Tiger and I am a loveable 10 year, 10 month female cat. I am looking for a fur-ever family, who is cat experienced and extremely patient. I will take more time to acclimate to my new home than your typical cat, so your patience and understanding is incredible important. Due to my anxiety, I have had some litter box issues in the past. I use a special litter now and am doing great here at the shelter, but it will be important you talk to a cat adoption counselor about my specific needs so we can have the smoothest transition to my new home as possible. My new home will need to have no other cats or dogs, but I’m so sweet I’m all you could need and more! I love to be brushed, and curl up on laps. I can be quite independent, a big window and some sunlight and I’ll be perfectly content! If you think you have the patience and space in your heart and home for me, call and ask about me today! The Humane Society for Greater Nashua is temporarily closed to the public, and we will do adoptions by appointment only. Call 603.889.2275 to make an appointment. We all have our age appropriate vaccines, we’ve been spayed and neutered, and we have been micro chipped.
