Preservation Alliance provides free virtual gatherings on old house and community historic preservation topics

By Staff | Jul 4, 2020

The N.H. Preservation Alliance invites owners and enthusiasts of old homes or barns as well as leaders of community preservation projects to participate in their new virtual roundtable gatherings. The summer schedule can be found at www.nhpreservation.org.

Preservation Alliance staff will be joined by experts and members of the N. H. Division of Historical Resources. A roundtable format encourages questions and information exchange. Attendees of the Preservation Alliance’s first set this spring found them practical and inspiring.

The gatherings are free, but the membership-based non-profit encourages donations. The New Hampshire Preservation Alliance strengthens communities and stimulates local economies by encouraging the protection and revival of historic buildings and places.

Our generous supporters of our old house and barn programs include TMS Architects, PA,Frank Anzalone Associates, Bedard Preservation & Restoration LLC, Ian Blackman Restoration and Preservation, Fifield Building Restoration & Relocation LLC,Selectwood, Execusuite LLC, KCS Architect, Rumford Stone and Frank R. Whittemore Builder. Our community field service supporters include Ambit Engineering, American Steeple & Tower Co and JRT – AIA Architect.
