The Exhaustion Funnel – and How
to Stay Out of It
June 16, 7-8:30
When things get very busy, we tend to give up all the things that actually give us energy, so we can get more of the hard things done. But this backfires on us and sends us spiraling down through the Exhaustion Funnel. Attend this presentation to learn more about this concept and how to stay out of the Exhaustion Funnel, no matter what’s going on in your life.
Presented by Master Life Coach Diane MacKinnon, M.D.
