Brady Sullivan Properties welcomes three new office tenants
NASHUA – The Birch Pond Office Park at 410 Amherst St. in Nashua added three new office tenants in the second half of 2021. Brady Sullivan Properties recently welcomed the Center for Vein Restoration, Energy Electric and Jack Nelson LLC to the building. The newcomers join current tenants MarketReach Inc., SVN | The Masiello Group, Raymond James and Edward Jones.
Touted as America’s largest physician-led vein center, the Center for Vein Restoration aims to radically improve lives by providing safe, personalized, and positive treatment options for vein disease.
Chris Pascucci of SVN | The Masiello Group represented CVR, said “410 Amherst St. is a preferred destination for commercial office tenants in the Greater Nashua market. Brady Sullivan has made significant cosmetic improvements to the building’s common area, and the location itself presents a compelling option for any image-conscious business. Our firm (SVN | The Masiello Group) has a brand-new office at the Birch Pond Office Park, and we were able to show our client (CVR) an example of the landlord’s build-out capabilities.”
The new leases were facilitated by Brady Sullivan’s Commercial Team of Charles Panasis, James Tobin, Derek Lawton and Jamison Bibaud in a collaborative effort alongside the building’s listing agent, Cushman & Wakefield.
