New state-of-art veterinary hospital opens in Hudson
HUDSON – The start of the New Year brings a brand new, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital to Hudson. Hudson Veterinary Care is located at 257 Lowell Road and is currently accepting new pet patients to provide care for Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., plus Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Hudson Veterinary Care is fully staffed with an experienced group of veterinary professionals eager to provide care for dog and cats in the local area. Leading the team is clinical director, Dr. Kellyanne Haydon, who has been working as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine for over 20 years. Dr. Haydon will be joined by Dr. Sarah Barker and Dr. Nathan DeCosmo.
According to the website, Hudson Veterinary Care was established with the mission to provide the highest quality veterinary care possible by hiring veterinary professionals who excel in their ability to provide the best treatment options to prolong the quality of life for your pet. The hospital will specialize in providing preventative medicine such as vaccines and annual exams, care for sick and injured pets, routine and non-routine surgery, behavioral consults, and a full array of medical diets.
Each of the doctors were involved with the construction and planning process from the beginning, meaning they were able to use their experience to configure the hospital exactly how they saw fit. Dr. Haydon explained her excitement on being involved in the design process, “The goal was to provide a comfortable space for our clients and pets. We also have a state-of-the-art work environment for our team!”
“I am looking forward to building bonds within the Hudson area so we can provide specific care to the community and their needs.” explained Dr. DeCosmo, “We will be able to grow with the community to help provide the best possible well-being for all pets.”
