‘Customer-first’ Experience
Boston Common Coffee LLC announced recently that it has partnered with Granite Subaru of Hudson as part of their ‘customer-first’ experience. The local gourmet coffee company installed a state-of-the-art coffee machine that will offer proprietary blends of hot Boston Common Coffee as well as a keg for the company’s Cold Brew. ‘Our dealership is in the process of building the largest Subaru Service Department in New England and truly want to spoil their customers,’ said Jim Angotti, owner of Granite Subaru. ‘In fact, you don’t even need to own a Subaru to come here. We are providing maintenance and repair services for all vehicle makes and models.’ ‘Getting to know exactly the type of experience that Jim wanted to offer his customers, was key to us knowing what to offer him,’ said Kevin Dogherty of Boston Common Coffee. ‘A multi-million dollar investment screams only the BEST and absolute finest coffee. We’re thrilled that Jim supports our local business and believes our coffee can only enhance all that he has done to ensure only the best for his customers’ experience.’ Granite is currently open for business as usual and anticipates the construction to be completely finished before summer 2021.
