CONCORD – NBT Bank recently announced that Karen Waters has joined the company as branch manager of the NBT’s new retail banking office at 118 N. Main St. in Concord.

Waters is an experienced banking manager with nearly 20 years of industry knowledge. Most recently, she held the position of retail regional operations officer for TD Bank.

Waters is active in the community, serving as the treasurer for the Waterville Estate Village District, a member of the town of Thornton Planning Board and a small business consultant for the Center of Women Enterprise.
