NHLC expands curbside pickup program

By Staff | Jun 20, 2020

CONCORD – Following a successful pilot program, the New Hampshire Liquor Commission expanded its curbside and in-store pickup program to the Hampton Liquor & Wine Outlet on Interstate 95 South (#73) and the Hooksett Liquor & Wine Outlet on Interstate 93 South (#67).

NHLC rolled out the new program last month at the Hooksett Outlet on Interstate 93 North (#66) and at the Hampton Outlet on Interstate 95 North (#76) to allow customers to place orders online and to pick them up either curbside or in stores. For more information or to place an order, visit: pickup.liquorandwineoutlets.com.

“We are pleased with the initial success of our curbside and in-store pickup pilot program, which comes months ahead of schedule and after significant development and testing from our informational technology, marketing and store operations teams. The response from our consumers, who have placed hundreds of orders between the two initial locations, makes it clear this option is in-demand and that continued expansion is appropriate,” said NHLC Chairman Joseph Mollica.

With the new program, consumers place orders at least one day in advance at pickup.liquorandwineoutlets.com. When placing an order, consumers select a 15-minute time slot for pickup between noon and 5 p.m. daily. Orders must be a minimum of two bottles. Customers can place orders up to two weeks in advance and select either curbside pickup or in-store pickup. Same-day pickup is not available.

Along with its highway locations in Hampton and Hooksett this week, NHLC is planning to expand the curbside and in-store pickup program to the Pembroke NH Liquor & Wine Outlet (#81), the Manchester NH Liquor & Wine Outlet in the North Side Plaza (#33) and the Londonderry NH Liquor & Wine Outlet at 16 Michel’s Way (#74). Consumers will be able to begin placing orders at these three additional locations as of Thursday, June 11.
