Paradigm Computer Consulting Inc. an Information Technology Management company based in Nashua celebrates its 20th anniversary in February.

Paradigm was founded by president and CEO Shawn Walsh. At that time Paradigm built custom computer systems and brought IT services into the small and medium business market. Focusing on the legal and professional services verticals, Paradigm often provided clients with their first computer systems.

“This is a tremendous milestone for the company,” Walsh said. “Over the years we have faced many challenges, including how to stay relevant to our clients. The IT Services business is constantly evolving. It seems like we have to re-invent ourselves every three to five years. When we started 20 years ago, we engaged our clients at a very technical level, carrying tool bags and ‘fixing stuff.’ Now, we engage our clients much more often at a business level. Our discussions have gone from bits and bytes, to strategic planning and business policy.”

The company most recently opened an office in Columbus, Ohio, and is in the process of launching sites in Tampa, Fla., and Roanoke, Va.
