NASHUA – New Hampshire’s largest independent real estate brokerage, Bean Group, has been named to the Inc. 500 List, which ranks America’s most entrepreneurial and fastest-growing companies.

Bean Group has eight New Hampshire locations, including one in Nashua. It is the only New England residential brokerage firm on the Inc. 500 list and ranks 31 nationally in the real estate category.

Over the past 12 months, Bean Group has opened offices in Newburyport, Massachusetts; York, Maine; Dover, N.H., and Bondville, Vt.

The company has shown increased sales year over year since it was founded in 2003. Bean Group reported $9.5 million in revenue in 2010 and recently surpassed $1 billion in closed real estate transactions.

This year, Bean Group was also recognized by REAL Trends for the third consecutive year, named to the 2011 Real Trends 500 list of largest brokers in the U.S.
