NASHUA – Robert Warner, 60, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Aug. 5 for allegedly failing to update his sex offender status.

According to the Nashua Police Department, Warner did not submit his quarterly registration.

He has been charged with duty to report-subsequent.

Warner was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Sept. 9.

Under state law, if convicted, Warner could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
