NASHUA – From July 27-31, the Nashua Police Department arrested the following five individuals for various drug crimes.

Chelsie Morgan, 36, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled drug, (crack cocaine), common nuisances, three counts of possession of controlled drugs (crack cocaine, amphetamine and clonazepam) and stalking. Morgan was held pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, she could face up to 59 years in prison, up to 20 years of probation and up to $518,000 in fines.

Tobby Gagnon, 51, was arrested and charged with common nuisances and resisting arrest/detention. Gagnon was held pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to eight years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $6,000 in fines.

Stacy Dalesio, 45, was arrested and charged with common nuisances and resisting arrest/detention. Dalesio was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, she could face up to eight years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $6,000 in fines.

Ryan Sinclair, 34, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled drugs (buprenorphine and naloxone), subsequent offense. Sinclair was held pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Edwin Hernandez, 52, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl), subsequent offense. Hernandez was held pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
