HUDSON — Stacey Musgrave of Billerica, Mass. was taken into custody on July 31 for allegedly sharing sexual images on Facebook without consent.

According to the Hudson Police Department, on Aug. 14, 2025, an officer took a report from a woman who accused Musgrave of posting private pictures of her to the social media giant’s platform. With nearly 3.1 billion monthly users, Facebook is the largest social media company in the world, according to Statista.

The victim provided the officer with a screenshot of one of the pictures, which also reportedly contained “disparaging language” targeting the victim. During the investigation, police discovered a Facebook message that Musgrave allegedly sent which showed the victim’s home and contained additional derogatory remarks.

Musgrave has been charged with nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images.

She was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Sept. 8.

Under state law, if convicted, she could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
