NASHUA – Anyelo Fabian Reynoso, 27, of Nashua, was taken into custody on July 23 for allegedly removing evidence from a crash scene on Bowers Street earlier in the month.

He was reportedly assisted by Robin Guzman-Encarnacion, 36, and Kelvin Taveras Nunez, 28, both of Nashua, who were taken into custody on July 29.

According to the Nashua Police Department, on July 4, officers responded to a motorcycle crash in which pedestrian Jonathan Price, 38, of Nashua, was struck. Upon arrival, police were initially unable to locate the motorcycle or the driver, who was later determined to be Fabian Reynoso. Price was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and died the following day.

Officers later located Fabian Reynoso and the motorcycle, which had allegedly been removed from the crash scene.

While being questioned by detectives, Fabian Reynoso admitted to hitting Price with the motorcycle. Surveillance footage reportedly showed Fabian Reynoso operating the motorcycle in a reckless manner just minutes before the crash.

He has been charged with conduct after an accident/death and reckless driving.

Fabian Reynoso was held on preventive detention and was arraigned in Nashua District Court on July 24.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation, having his driver’s license suspended for up to 60 days and up to $4,500 in fines.

Surveillance footage also reportedly showed Guzman-Encarnacio and Taveras Nunez assisting Fabian Reynoso with removing the motorcycle from the scene.

Guzman-Encarnacion has been charged with falsifying physical evidence and reckless driving.

He was released on a $750 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Aug. 19.

Under state law, if convicted, Guzman-Encarnacion could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation, having his driver’s license suspended for up to 60 days and up to $4,500 in fines.

Taveras Nunez has been charged with falsifying physical evidence.

He was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Sept. 1.

Under state law, if convicted, Taveras Nunez could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
