New York man gets three years for Londonderry robbery

CONCORD – Zaire Braddock, 22, of Baltimore, was sentenced on July 29, to three years in prison for his role in the armed robbery of GlowingGu Corp. in Londonderry last year.

He will also be on supervised release for three years.

According to court documents, in April 2025, Braddock and Isaiah Ferro of Queens, N.Y. traveled with co-conspirators Marco Marquez Vera, Nasaiah Johnson and Xiao Yu from New York to Londonderry with the intention of robbing GlowingGu.

After arriving at the business, Braddock threatened one of the employees with a box cutter while the other intruders restrained the victim. They then proceeded to steal purses, wallets and shoes before leaving to return to New York.

Ferro was sentenced on July 14 to nearly four years in prison followed by three years of supervised release.
