City man accused of CSAI crimes

NASHUA – Najim Ullah, 32, of Nashua, was taken into custody on July 24 for allegedly possessing and distributing child sexual abuse images.

According to the Nashua Police Department, since September 2025, officers have been investigating several CyberTips from the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. As part of that effort, Ullah was identified as a suspect.

Police searched Ullah’s home and found several electronic devices with evidence of possession and distribution of child sexual abuse images.

He has been charged with two counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images and possession of child sexual abuse images.

Ullah was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on July 27.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 55 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
