Nashua man indicted for possession of crack cocaine
CONCORD – Juan Batlle, 42, of Nashua, was indicted on July 23 for the alleged possession with intent to distribute 280 grams or more of crack cocaine.
He will appear in federal court in Concord at a later date.
Under federal law, if convicted, Batlle could face up to life in prison and a fine of up to $10 million.
