NASHUA – During the week of July 13-17, the Nashua Police Department arrested the following six individuals for various drug crimes.

Roberto Lopez, 36, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled drug, crack cocaine. He was held pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Lopez could face up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000.

Kalif Brooks, 30, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of controlled drugs (fentanyl & methamphetamine), subsequent offense. He was held pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Brooks could face up to 30 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.

Anthony Giargiari, 37, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (methamphetamine), subsequent offense. He was held pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Giargiari could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Andrew Holaday, 34, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl). He was released on $500 cash bail pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Holaday could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Marissa Powell, 36, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offense (crack cocaine). Farley was released on bail pending her arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Powell could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

David Philbrick, 47, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offense (fentanyl). He was held without bail pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Philbrick could face up to 30 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.
