CONCORD – Rony Guzman-Encarnacion, 31, Sabrina Cespedes, 27, and Bryan Guzman, 24, all of Nashua, were taken into custody on July 16 for allegedly trafficking methamphetamine and fentanyl.

According to U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan’s Office, Guzman-Encarnacion and Cespedes sold methamphetamine to an undercover law enforcement official in a controlled drug purchase. Guzman also allegedly sold fentanyl pills to an undercover law enforcement official in a controlled drug purchase.

Guzman-Encarnacion and Cespedes have both been charged with distribution and possession with the intent to distribute controlled substances as well as conspiracy to distribute and possession with the intent to distribute controlled substances. Guzman has been charged with distribution and possession with the intent to distribute controlled substances.

Under federal law, if convicted, they could each face up to 20 years in prison.
