NASHUA – On July 18-19, the city will be hosting a FIFA World Cup finals viewing party, at Renaissance Park, 23 Water St.

There will be a 17-foot screen and a big grassy area for families and friends to gather and enjoy the games together. Attendees can bring blankets or lightweight chairs. There will be food trucks and portajohns. There is no alcohol permitted at the event.

The games are scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. July 18 and at 3 p.m. July 19. The screen can broadcast in light rain, but lightning would cancel the event. For more information, see the event page on the Enjoy Nashua Facebook page.
