NASHUA – Between July 6-10, the Nashua Police Department arrested the following five individuals for various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses.

Andrew Hannon, 32, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled drug. Hannon was held pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000.

Pamela Rothkopf, 35, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled drug. Rothkopf was released on personal recognizance pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, she could face up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000.

Mallory Levesque, 42, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug, subsequent offense. Levesque was held pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, she could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Kimberly Saari, 66, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug. Saari was released on personal recognizance pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, she could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Crystal Farley, 39, of Hudson, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug – subsequent offense (crack cocaine), possession of a controlled drug – subsequent offense (cocaine) and unlawful possession of a prescription drug. Farley was held without bail pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, she could face up to 31 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $10,000 in fines.
