NASHUA – Ezequiel Santana, 22, of Nashua, was taken into custody on June 27 in connection with an alleged firearm incident on Temple Street.

According to the Nashua Police Department, officers were allegedly told that Santana was armed with a gun and was chasing someone. Police later located Santana and placed him under arrest. The firearm and a discarded sweatshirt were also recovered.

Santana has been charged with criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and two counts of falsifying physical evidence.

He was held on preventive detention and was arraigned in Nashua District Court on June 29.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 21 years in prison, up to 15 years of probation and up to $12,000 in fines.
