Nashua man charged with distributing CSAI

NASHUA – Dean Jackson, 23, of Nashua, was taken into custody on June 18 for allegedly possessing and distributing child sexual abuse images.

According to the Nashua Police Department, officers were notified that Jackson expressed a “desire to engage in sexual activity with a child.”

While searching Jackson’s residence, investigators reportedly found several electronic devices which held evidence of child sexual abuse images. Jackson also attempted to delete similar incriminating images from his cell phone.

He has been charged with three counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, three counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images and falsifying physical evidence.

Jackson was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on June 22.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 112 years in prison, up to 20 years of probation and up to $16,000 in fines.
