NASHUA – Ryan Moody, 35, of Nashua, was taken into custody on June 22 for alleged stalking.

According to the Nashua Police Department, the female victim told officers that Moody, her former partner, had contacted her while he was being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections. He reportedly continued to contact her after he was bailed out. However, the bail conditions stated that Moody was not to have contact with the victim.

After further investigation, police found that Moody had contacted the victim five separate times.

He has been charged with five counts of domestic violence stalking, subsequent.

Moody was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on June 23.

Under state law, if convicted, Moody could face up to 35 years in prison, up to 25 years of probation and up to $20,000 in fines.
