NASHUA – From June 8-19, the Nashua Police Department arrested 13 individuals for various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses.

These individuals are as follows:

Robert Ruggiero, 32, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled drug and resisting arrest or detention. He was held on preventative detention pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Ruggiero could face up to 31 years in prison and up to $502,000 in fines.

Ryan Sinclair, 34, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug; subsequent offense. He was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Sinclair could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to 4,000.

Ross Rainey, 40, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug; subsequent offense. He was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Rainey could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to 4,000.

Mariah Peters, 27, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled drug. She was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Peters could face up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000.

Danielle Evans, 33, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug; subsequent offense and criminal trespass. She was held on preventative detention pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Evans could face up to 31 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $10,000 in fines

Denielle Thibeault, 48, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug. She was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Thibeault could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Justin Daisey, 34, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled drug; subsequent offense, possession of a controlled drug; subsequent offense and being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. He was held on preventative detention pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Daisey could face up to 52 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $508,000 in fines.

Shariff Johnson, 47, was arrested and charged with three counts of the sale of a controlled drug; subsequent offense, three counts of possession with intent to distribute, two counts of falsifying physical evidence, convicted felons, stalking (domestic violence) and breach of bail. He was held on preventative detention pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Johnson could face up to 203 years in prison, up to 15 years of probation and up to $3,016,000 in fines.

Trevor Smith, 35, was arrested and charged with two counts of the sale of a controlled drug; subsequent offense. He was held on a $400 cash bail pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Smith could face up to 60 years in prison and a fine of up to $1 million.

Sharon Dube, 56, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled drug. She was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Dube could face up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000.

Xavian Padilla-Luna, 19, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug and dealing/possessing prescription drugs. He was released on a $300 cash bail pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Padilla-Luna could face up to 15 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $10,000 in fines.

Sarah Longval, 41, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug and dealing/possessing prescription drugs. She was released on a $1,500 cash bail pending her arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Longval could face up to 15 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $10,000 in fines.

David Philbrick, 47, was arrested and charged with the possession of a controlled drug; subsequent offense. He was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Philbrick could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
